Hi, I'm Jennifer Brown Harrell!
I’ve proudly served the Central Arkansas real estate market for the past 11 years. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I owned my own business, specializing in the turnover of rental and investment properties for local property managers and real estate owners. That hands-on experience sparked my passion for real estate and led me into this incredibly rewarding career.

The first five years of my journey were dedicated to helping residential sellers—evaluating homes, analyzing market value, and positioning properties to sell for top dollar. I love working with sellers!

Since then, my career has expanded to include working with residential buyers, commercial property sales, and commercial leases. One of the most fulfilling parts of my job is connecting with the amazing people in our community and helping them achieve their goals—whether that’s homeownership or business growth!

I'm Nick Harrell, and for the past 24 years, I've dedicated my career to teaching and coaching in Central, Arkansas. I currently serve as a coach at Conway High School. Over the past two years, I’ve had the opportunity to shadow and assist my amazing wife, Jennifer, in her real estate career. That experience sparked a true passion for the industry in me. I'm thrilled to now officially join her as her teammate! There is nothing that can beat a strong team!

My background in coaching has equipped me with valuable skills that translate seamlessly into real estate—team work, communication, patience, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed. I look forward to bringing those strengths to every client we serve.
